How fast does my job go live?
Immediately. Your post is public as soon as you publish it, and it shows up in the job feed and in Google for Jobs once Google crawls it. We review new posts and remove anything that breaks our rules.
What roles can I hire for?
Chatters, chat support, virtual and executive assistants, short-form video editors, social media managers and sales or outreach reps. If the work is remote and runs on a laptop, it fits.
What do the scores on a profile mean?
Each profile shows typing speed in words per minute, English level on the CEFR scale (A2 to C2) and internet speed. Candidates enter them when they build their profile, and you can verify them in your interview.
Where are the candidates located?
Mostly the Philippines, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Africa, with candidates across all major time zones. Every profile lists country and time zone.
Do you take a cut of salaries?
No. You pay your hire directly, however you agree. CookieJobs never takes a per-hire fee.
