CookieJobs connects hiring companies ("agencies") with remote workers ("talent"). We are not a party to any employment or service contract between them, and we do not handle payments between them.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

4. Rules for job posts

• Job posts must describe real, legal, paid work and state pay honestly.
• You may not ask candidates to pay fees, buy equipment from you or share financial credentials.
• Roles involving adult content must be clearly described, and all participants must be of legal age.
• We may hide or remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Rules for talent

Your profile and scores must be truthful. Do not apply with someone else's identity.

6. Plans and fees

The Free plan is free of charge. Paid plans, when available, will be described on the pricing page and billed as stated at checkout.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage. We are not responsible for the conduct of agencies or talent.
